Return Policy

Return requests may be made within 30 days of the date of delivery.

A request to return the item may be made by emailing, calling 866-843-0259 ( Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM EST), or visit our online return center.

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or credit.

  • Non-Returnable Items- Bow, crossbows, treestands, safety harnesses, climbing sticks, mouth calls, scent and scent elimination products, optics, custom arrows or shafts, any items that have been used or damaged by the customer, and any item that has been mounted or shows signs or use
  • All manufacturer packaging, tools, and instructions must be included in return.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser
